Synchronizing data with the Mac
Password Pad allows you to easily synchronize data between the iPhone and Mac versions of the app.
Synchronizing by Email
The easiest way to synchronize data would be to via email. You can email .pwdp files from the Mac, and open them up in the iPhone version via the mail app. Similarly, you can email files from the iPhone to the Mac.
iTunes File Sharing
You can copy files to and from the iPhone using iTunes file sharing by connecting it to your Mac with a USB cable. You can find further instructions here (they are written for the iPad, but work equally well for the iPhone):

Any .pwdp files copied to the Password Pad app on the iPhone will be accessible from the main menu.
Dropbox
Dropbox is a free service that allows you to sync your files online and across your computers automatically. It's the easiest method for synchronzing your password files across your Macs, iPads and any other devices that you might own. You can find out more at

By downloading and installing the Mac version of Dropbox, you can easily copy files on your Mac to your Dropbox folder, and open them up on your iPhone using the iPhone Dropbox app.
